Family, Divorce & Children

It is an unfortunate fact of life that not all marriages are successful. When a relationship breaks down it is not unusual for one or both parties to seek to dissolve the marriage or to separate.

A fair division of the family assets, including the family home must be worked out. In the majority of cases this is achieved by negotiation between solicitors and agreement between the parties. Early advice can often save you money.

In relation to children, we can advice as to residence (formerly called "custody"), contact (formerly called "access") and financial provision.

We can guide you through what is often a difficult time.

If you are a grandparent you often lose out in seeing your grandchildren, we can help and advise you.
